I am now set to go on a walk with you Carolyn! These mittens were inspired by the ones in CME but I found they were to small. This glove pattern is from the Online Fabric Store. The embroidery is one that I have had for awhile but am not sure where it
Seems like I have been gone for a long time. I have missed my Cutie friends. I have missed so much of what is going on with everyone and it will take me a few days to catch up with everyone. I keep asking the Lord for life to slow down, but evidently H
It's been one of those days. It seems like I am picking stitches more than actually sewing! And to top it off one of my daughters friends asked me to alter her wedding dress - a size 8 dress down to a size 0, take the shoulder straps off, and hem it up

I have a needle question. I am running out of sewing and embroidery machine needles. I was thinking of ordering them online so that I do not have to "be around" people. I have almost exclusively used Schmetz needles but they are more expensive. Any
This is from my bedroom window today April 16. Not snow this time, but sleet and ice. Everything is shut down because the roads are so treacherous. Even church was canceled this morning. Not once has it been closed all winter. But now when spring is
