30631It's me again. I keep coming back to this quilt. I just love the way the blocks set en pointe have given this quilt pizzaz. It's a huge inspiration to me. Two years ago I made a set of disappearing nine-patch blocks with the intention of machine stitching fantasy birds on black blocks to go in between the nine-patch ones. That's as far as I got. Life happened then, but I visit this post each day and the urge to finish those bird designs is very strong now. However, I'm glad I procrastinated so long because now I want to set the blocks en pointe, like yours, not as I originally planned just straight across.
My quilt might end up busy but I'll see how it goes. Yours looks so fresh and light and inviting.

you don't even need to add borders to a quilt like this just make 10x10 square and add to them hugs

oh Breanda its not hard cut 10x10 squares put your designs on the eath as a square or on point like i did ,then sew it in rows .You can do that!!!
