The mini cross and bible is from Emblibrary You could put anything in that area like a small flower, metallic stars, dove or anything that you want.

EmbLibrary has miniature religious designs. Their Bible in miniature is A4304. They also have a miniature Christian design pack with a variety of small items. Just what you require to complete this beautiful design!!
