Been there - done that, complained and caught some grief. I realized it must of been early in this digi's career.
I know this is not what you wanted but the best thing to do is stop the machine and them then as you go . Kay
yes always late at night when we should be sleeping does this happen .Ask me how i know lol hugs Carolyn
The software I have says you can minimize all those jumps. I have not worked with it enough to learn how. I do not digitize but it would be helpful to know how especially when it has 106 jumps. Good grief. I know how you feel. It is frustrating. Good luck on the next try. God bless you.
Lyn, If you have had the design for some time it might be a good idea to check with the digitizer as sometimes they update the design and the buyers don't always get to hear about the update.
Don't think I have had it that long but can't remember. Too busy to look at the moment.
Ouch. I hate those long jumps and do my best to avoid using designs that have them
Don't you hate it when this happens when you are tired and just want to end the day! I do hope you managed to get some sleep after that.
The night before a Market I never sleep very well as I am frightened that either the power has gone off or I have set the alarm wrong.
That's a nasty experience that happened at the wrong time. At least, now you know not to trust a design from the same designer.
Hugs, Lidia
When I get time I will go back and look as I have listed this group of designs in two places. One under Owls and the other under where I have bought the designs. There is more than one design in this group.
That's not a good result. Digitizing takes time and thought to reduce jump stitches. Not everyone takes the time. You might want to contact the digitizer to let them know that the design could use some improvement.
I was cutting the Jumps as I was going along and at 10 I decided to do it when the stitching had finished. When I realised there were so many I thought just as a matter of interest I would count them when it finished. That is how I know there were so many
Oh my... that is disappointing. So sorry that had to happen to you. Suzanne
Sorry to hear this Lyn. As I say there are digitizers and there are good digitizers. This always happens when we are in a hurry. hugs Marg
