You are correct as you are not seeing the inch off. I thought you would like to see the design more and I am so happy you like it and are going to do it yourself!

It is a bit bit at 12 inches for a glass case, maybe I will see these designs again and make it smaller.

9752That is sooo pretty! If you think it is off centered? (can't see that)..you might do a simple vertical border line down the "off side" a wee bit from that side of the owl, and fool the eye. Maybe you have a 'scroll' border design? Still very beautiful owl.

19439I'm impressed that you were able to find all its parts! It a fantastic owl stitchout! I sure don't see the inch at all. If you bought the bag and it's off grain and you already stitched on it, I don't think there is much you can do. You might try ironing on a stiff stabilizer on the back side.
