Hi ,Happy New Year to you all, my question ,is it possible to embroidery a name on a woolen jumper please,if so what stablisers would you use.Thanks

I did this once and used sticky tear away stabilizer in the hope,to place and hold the jumper on its place. so I don't have to hope the jumper. and on top I used water soluble just like rescuer mentioned. Good lick with your embroidery

I like to use the tutorials on Embroidery Library. They do a great job of instructing with pictures.

I might add a water soluble topper for the name IF the jumper is washable wool.
