Chris, I need your motivation to get stuff done ahead of time....these are all terrific!!
I know I'm not supposed to see these but you shouldn't have told me you posted them. LOL!!!
They are gorgeous Chris and so thoughtful as usual.
Looking forward to seeing you on Wednesday. Hugs n love, me
Morning Meg, you up late again! I know you won't mind seeing them before hand anyway! Love Chris
Oh Chris you have working your fingers to the bone, you should be very proud of yourself, everything you have made looks amazing. blessings Heather
Thanks so much Heather and for your wonderful surprise today! I'm going to be busier than normal! Love chris
Wow, Chris, you are very early this year! I remember some of your butterfly glass cases were done in July, when all I could think of was summer. I always wonder what your new theme will be, this blue and white and snowflakes is lovely. And I love your handles!
Thanks so much Martine I knew this year would be a bit hectic what with me helping Amy out with baby number 2. Plus my sewing guild, Italian lessons, looking after Mum and babysitting Dana's children too. It just seemed easier for me to get these things done early so I don't have to rush closer to the luncheon. So glad you appreciated my accuracy with my cutting skills!!!! Love Chris
I had a mad moment then when I read you have done your Christmas gifts already, you have done a lovely job for the Ladies I wish you was nearer to me I would love some tea towels like that as Only craft pepople and Cuties appreciate homesewing and crafts we all know how much time went in to doing things, send the WET up to us will you L Sherene XXX
Thanks Sherene, most of my friends are not sewers (bar Meg and Sue) but they still appreciate all the work I put into this luncheon. I would have thought Queensland has had its share of rain over the past 6 months or so! Love Chris
These are all so beautiful, Chris. You are amazing to be thinking of December already! What beautiful work you do.
Thanks Jan, I appreciate your comments. I like to get the majority of the big sewing items done early. Then I can just do the little FSL Christmas tree decorations. Love Chris
Everything looks lovely Chris. So it seems your colour scheme will be blue this year. It's nice that you have different colour/theme each year. Some have said it's nine months away 'till Christmas but a baby can be made in that time too. So best to get busy...lol
He he he ! love your thought process - yes, my theme is blue, white and or silver. Love Chris
I have been wondering what you would choose as your theme for the coming Christmas. Love the snowflake Tea Towels, Actually I just love everything. Love Shirley
Thanks Shirley, yes, I thought there's got to be lots of those overseas as we don't have a great amount here. Well actually the Blue Mountains do and of course some ski fields in Victoria. Love Chris
a super job on everything here Chris & I'm sure the ladies will love them all! hugs Loralye
WOW. A Lady after my own heart. I've started also on my Christmas sewing...it was shocking to think of your Christmas just around the corner, while in the Northern hemisphere ours is 9 months away! What a laugh. Great way to start the day. These are wonderful, thanks for the info on the designs and the link to the carrier.
It's still a long way off for us too! I just like to get things done early for my ladies luncheons! Love Chris
BTW, pennifold a big thank you with a hug and flower is yours for the help on the uploading info. It really helped. I'm learning all kinds of wonderful new things through this endeavor. It's not hard, just never had done it before. Thanks a million. Lea
I am speechless...well, almost speechless...you have been a busy bee! I love blue...looks like you do too! A lovely job on all!
Thanks Kim, yes, my whole house is Blue/white and soft gray blues on the outside! Love Chris
For a while there I thought that I had lost nine months of the year!

It's all very well for you Downunderland people having just enjoyed a beautiful warm Summer but please................................give the rest of us a chance...........................
He he he! We've had the hottest summer for decades here too! I have to get organised early, as I do so many other things Dennis - and I like to know that all of the stuff I make for the ladies is ready and I'm not rushing later in the year! Love Chri

Hi Michelle, yes, each year they can't wait to go out into our back room and have a look at all the Christmas goodies. Love Chris
Lovely work Chris and I admire your early for me Christmas preparations
Hi Caroline, at least it give me more time to do other things! Love Chris
(P.S. I hope you had a lovely St. David's Day on Saturday)
busy Chris, you will have a wonderful time knowing preparations are done and so lovely ones too, we can wait in pleasant antisipation for your pic of the carrier in action
After Christmas is before Christmas, with all your nice gifts you will be ready early this year. Can`t say what I like more, but I love the blue color.
Bärbel
Thankyou so much Barbel, I always try and get in early. So many other things to do. Love Chris
Did you notice how I matched the patterns up in the handles of the carrier?
I took this picture in particular to show Dennis that my ironing board is used ALL THE TIME!!! he he he! Love Chris
just poped to my mind it would isolate groseries too on a short shopping trip much nicer than some cool carriers
Wow what a great job you are doing, they are all so pretty. and you are so organized.
hugs Pam.
Yes you will be super organized this year, I also love your casserole carrier.
Wow! You inspire me! I love the casserole carrier. Everything looks great and will be fun to receive!
Thanks Chris, I love it too. Although it is very time consuming. I think if I ever do them again I'll buy quilted lining fabric. You have to quilt the top and the bottom sections before you put it together. Love Chris
stunning Chris ,you will be ready for Christmas nice and early at this rate
Thanks Monika, I hope so. It will give me more time to study my Italian!!!!! he he he! I've been a bit slack lately. Love Chris
I first had to look Chris to see if this was an old post. Christmas!!!! You really are getting things ready early. Your projects are beautiful. Look forward to seeing some more. Hugs Sarah.
P.S. The Ausies are doing well on this third and final test.
Hi Sarah, yes, I'm always early with my ladies luncheon things. I'm having a break at the moment watching a Val Kilmer movie called Spartan - full of intrigue! Love Chris
What's amazing is you do snowflakes when you have Christmas in your summer - too funny lady!
Beautifully done! You have been hard at work -- or is this play? I always think of it as play unless I am doing too many of the same thing.
Thanks Rescuer, well I call it play! I love doing the sewing, just get impatient sometimes and want them finished. Love Chris
You sure are way ahead of everybody.I cant even get my Head around Easter coming up.Not enough Time or to slow? We had two Days of good Rain here on the Southcoast at least there is no watering until it gets hot again at the end of the Week, love Ursula
Hi Ursula, yes, as soon as Christmas is over I plan for the coming year. Hasn't the rain been amazing? We had 2 and a half inches here on Friday alone! Love Chris
They are all beautiful Chris. Well done. Thank you for the link for the casserole holder. I want to make some for Christmas as well.
Hugs
Jerri
Hi Jerri, I found this one to be the easiest. Some had wooden planks in the bottom and all sorts of styles. When I saw this one I thought wow! how easy. It is really except as I said I was in a hurry and just reversed the top layer. It will even more gorgeous with the binding on the outside! Love Chris
Beautiful goodies......... I am having problems with the four letter word before flakes. Seen enough of that stuff for at least another year.
Thanks for commenting - so sorry Mary that you are having so much of the "white" stuff! We have just begun Autumn here yesterday and I can't wait for the cooler weather. It's been so humid here, everything feels damp! On the other hand, I don't think I could stand all that snow! Hope your Spring arrives really soon. Love Chris
Wow Chris, I love the blue, what beautiful work you do.
Thanks Evie, I'm a bit partial to Blue. The other colours I love are Purple. My whole garden is Purple, Blue, Yellow and White. A bit boring, but you get lots of purple flowers here in Aus. Love Chris
My goodness! Your machine must be smokin!! LOVE all the snowflakes!
Hi darling Gerry, I had both machines going at once! It was wonderful to hear them humming along. The Brother Quattro is A W E S O M E! and so much quieter than my Husqvarna Designer 1, but she is my favourite, after-all I've had her the longest! Aren't the snowflakes gorgeous? You should go over to Kara's Kreations and have a look at some of her other ones, they are stunning!
Love Chris
