I think it has more to do with the Microsoft updates and the issues they can cause for website owners. Many changes have to be made to allow continued functionality after major Microsoft changes. The constant work on this site can also show up as glitches or strange issues. Longer term issues or ones that only a few users have are related (usually) only to those users/computers.
I do hope it is all worked out for most users now.

I don't see the Happy Valentines Day banner - only the narrow one with the row of hearts.
145191This site (and You Embroidery) were down today. Now I have downloaded the number 4 in pes and vip formats because the vp3 doesn't work. Not a problem for me, as Embird will convert them.
