I thought that too after I answered this. Then I thought who on earth would have taken a picture in the labour ward without first coming outside like previous royals!

I think this is another baby. It does give us a glimpse of what is going on...

wonderful! And now Prince William knows how much his mom loved him! That first child really brings it home!! So tiny to someday be a King!!

True. i also thought of late Princess Diana. She is the grandmother. She is watching from above as a proud grand mother. Congratulations to the Mother, Father and the Baby.
