I suppose we all read what miss Veronika posted about the site and about Meganne.I'm happy the site is again the lovely family site as before.But I do hope also, Meganne will return, she tried to do, what she thought was best, even if the way she did this was not so kind for everyone, and an apology to some would be nice.But please let's remember: to my opinion she was always a cute family member with love for the Cute site. Hope you agree, with hugs for you all!

I too hope Meg returns to Cute, I miss her. I never read what was said about or against her but have always thought she gave so much to the site and only had our best interest at heart.

Thanks for posting and I hope Meganne will return soon.....sometimes with the written word, the way things are received and perceived would not be the same if spoken in person....I too believe that she is a kind and helpful person and will certainly be missed.

I've seen the many acts of kindness and generosity Meganne has given through the years. Perhaps being a moderator was just too much for her but she's more than welcome to come home to us.We all could benefit from her vast knowledge of embroidery should she choose to offer it once again.I hope she will forgive us for placing demands on her that she might not have been ready for. Forgiveness is needed on all sides. I know in my heart that she always had this site and members best interests in what she tried to do. It is time to make ammends and move forward. I sincerely hope she comes back soon refreshed and ready to stitch once again.

The modertors of this group give their time and expertise, without pay and there main compensation is gratitude and an occassional thanks. It is good to see so many of you showing your appreciation for Meganne. A few years ago I was in Australia and Meganne went out of her way to come meet me. She drove a long ways late in the eve because we had met on Cute. Meganne is top notch in my book.

Hi Terri, yes she certainly did! I know all about that trip - it takes over 2 hours to drive from Newcastle to Sydney and then she only got to see you for such a short time. As I've said before, she would give you the shirt off her back if you needed it and bends over backwards to help everyone out.

Thank you, gerryvb, for making your post and indeed to all you other wonderful ladies here at Cute. I know that I have posted my own feelings and thoughts on this matter previously, and in particular my thoughts concerning Megannes past contributions to the site and individually to her fellow Cuties. It is quite apparent to me from the loving comments that have been made, that she has always been a most supportive member to the site generally, and to individuals. I can certainly vouch for that on a personal level.

I certainly do not wish to open up recent wounds but in some respects it is a pity that the posts that led to this unfortunate situation are no longer available for further scrutiny. It is not for me to speak on Megannes behalf but I am clear in my mind that the debate that ensued left Meganne in an impossible situation with her being constantly questioned and re-questioned over matters that she was acting upon in good faith and the ultimate benefit of us all. I believe that it was these increasing frustrations which finally tipped her over the edge and I have every sympathy with her in that regard, Could meganne have reacted better to those frustrations.................yes, she probably could but equally, we could have been far more understanding of her plight.

I too would dearly love to see meganne warmly and unconditionally welcomed back to her extended family here. There should be no pre-conditions imposed on her return other than the full love and respect that you have for each other. It is evident to me that you are all caring people and I cannot bring myself to even contemplate the thought that grudges would be held. You are not that kind of people. You don't operate in that manner.

Whether Meganne does decide to return is difficult to say but I do believe that we should each individually try to make contact with her or at the very least have our feelings and best wishes for her conveyed by those who know her best and have the benefit of direct contact. I do so hope that this will happen.

I'm so happy to read this post - forgiveness is one of the greatest things we can offer as human beings. Feelings have been hurt, words that were unkind have been spoken and they are what is upsetting. I pray with all my heart that Meg will return to this site, not as a moderator, but as a truly amazing woman with so many gifts, talents and words of advice that I've ever known. Yes, I do believe that Meganne and all want Cute to be cute. Maybe good times without being a moderator would be a pleasure.

I am proud to be here where all are able to let bygones be bygones and welcome back their fellow cuties...Meganne should know this is a sincere attempt by her fellow cuties to make amends...

I agree totally with you. I suspect there were things behind the scene that the cuties as a whole will never know. She was just trying to protect Cutie and Miss V. In this wonderful world of ours no one is perfect, we all make mistakes. It takes a bigger person to forgive and forget and move past whatever has happened. I would like to think that we all are that bigger person. I do hope she comes back as she has so much experience to offer us. She has kind words and encouragement as well as very helpful advice. COME BACK MEGANNE ! ! !

I too hope Meganne returns to us. She is a passionate person. I may not always agree with her methods, however I understand and respect what and why she does some things. I am so sorry this happened. I hoped it would not get out of control. We still have rifts within our group, there have and always will be because we all think differently. What a boring world it would be if we all thought and felt the same. Still we endeavor to empathize and understand the issues of all and hopefully a compromise will resolve all things. I am sorry if you felt disrespected, by myself or anyone here at Cute. I pray amends can be made. It takes courage by all parties to take the risk and reach out again. Yes I can agree. I remember her digitizing something for me and I appreciated it very much. She was only trying to prevent some problems. It is too bad the way things turned out. Meg has been and will continue to be a dear friend of mine. Only the older members can remember the fight she fought with her Ca.. she'll always be a hero to me, for I'll never forget how in the middle of her night when she was in the pain and throes of Ca. and chemo she helped me with a design I had purchased that was far to dense for me to use. I was but a novice then and she spent hrs. telling me how to fix it, but I couldn't so she fixed it for me. I have learned so much from her even though I'm all the way around the world from her.and we have never met face to face. I know nothing of what has happened or what Ms V. had to say but I do know Meg has always been an assett to Cute and Ms. V has always been a very dear , kind and generous person to me also. Whatever Meg did or said I believe it was to help us all. She has always loved Cute and if she is gone it is our loss. Love to you all Lillian

She is/was always one Cute Friend you could always rely on...and I will never forget her personal fight for her own life and her dear loved ones to, she was always there for us regardless. Miss you Meg, but you are always in my heart...
