I think that is encouraging about the human race! People care and want to help! Hopefully they can donate the excess items to some of the needy and less fortunate populution of our country.

Thank you for this information. I'm wondering why people send toys. Do they think that the children there have none or that a new doll would help? Really looks like a warehouse on the pic.
Mops gave me a link to a page especially about the snowflakes. Seems they have enough to decorate the hole town...

These kids don't need toys, a donation of money would be far more useful.

This is an unusual situation with the school children being so very young as what some thought would be thoughtfulness and helping. I agree with a monetary gift. Funds can go a long way in helping the school, the students, and the parents get the aid and counselling they need for their individual situations.
