I just wanted to thank Shirlene and the secret sisters who sent me an envelope full of butterflies and a fairy! That was very sweet of you! The ones with a loop on top are in the thinking process of becoming a mobile to hang above my sewing area. I have been having lots of bad days lately, pain in my legs so bad that is doesn't matter if I am sitting or standing or laying in bed they just ache from my hips to the bottom of my calves. Some days it brings tears from the pain and nothing is helping it. They had to give me 2 pints of blood again last Saturday but I don't feel a whole lot better. I see the oncologist on June 29th so I will find out what we are going to do next. I know I am in all of your prayers and I so appreciate it. Thanks for being there for me. Hugs, Debra

Dearest Debra, you are at the top of my prayer list and I pray for you daily. I'm wondering if you can have a spinal block- I have heard that they work wonders for pain such as yours. Is there a pain specialist in your area? See if your doctor will check on it for you and give you a referral. If love would heal I'm sure you would be running up and down the road. Sending you some anyway as I have lots to spare.;)

Hugs for you. The constant pain always seems to be worse when you want to get some rest. I'd give the doctor a call and tell them you need something different for the pain. There are dozens of things they can try you on before you find the one that works best.

Would it help relieve the pain in your legs if DH could massage them using some sports heat rub, like Metsal. I know it would only be temporary relief but it feels good going on and the heat is soothing and lasts a while. Do you have anything like that there?
If not I will buy some and send it to you, just let me know.

We have several different types of rubs like that and I am going to buy something today for sure. This morning I tried something called Painstop that you roll on and it hasn't helped.

Thank you Sarah, I am hoping they can give me something more, Percocet is not doing anything at all to cut the pain. Hope they have a stronger Fentanyl patch, so far it has been what has helped when they upped the strength.

Thank you! I got a bunch of angels at Christmas and put them all over my tree and they now hang around my huge mirror in the living room.

I am here every day looking in for new ideas. Last I did was finished the farmers market bags for the girls and did the zipper change purse in the hoop but 4x4 is small so I want to do one using both embroidery machine and regular.
