Feeling a bit blue today - it's been 1 year since my best friend Margaret died. I know she is in no more pain and I'm thankful for that, but gosh I miss her and our wonderful friendship and conversations. Just venting. Hopefully catching up with some of her daughters this week. Love and blessings Chris

Gee, can't believe it's a year. When you've had a wonderful friendship you will always miss her but in tiem will remember all the good things and know she is still with you where it matters - in your heart. My mom's been gone 13 years and my brother 4 and I still have to pull myself up when I think of something that I want to pick up the phone to ask or talk to them about it. They'll never be gone when they have someone behind who remembers them with love.
Hugs

I'm so sorry I wasn't here for you Chris. I know the hurt of losing a best friend, my heart goes out to you as you remember your friendship and all the fun times you shared.
Maybe we can get together and go out for a coffee and something decadent, I'll even drive up there to meet you. :-)
Will call you after I get home from Penrith this arvo (Thursday)
Hugs and love, Meg

I feel for you my dear - you honor her - when you share about her and getting with her daughter's is such a great tribute to how much she means to each of you. Continue to be there - if you can.

Your joy for her pain-free release is an antidote for your sorrow in the loss of her earthly presence. You will see her again on that glorious resurrection day! Look forward with joy to that time, it will help to ease the your loss. Seeing her daughters will also be a wonderful blessing as you will see her in them! God Bless! Living with loss is never easy, but we who believe have hope! Hugs!!

Yes, I truly believe that Rosalie. As I've said previously somewhere Leticia is just like looking at Marg when she was in her late 20's. I met Marg when we were both 32!!! Looking forward to seeing them all, love and blessings Chris

Hi Chris, a best friend is a blessing. If we did not have our memories, life would be horrible. I too am best friends with my Mom's best friend's daughter. I lost my mom 40 years ago. Some things can not be broken. Hugs to you! christine
