Went to get blood work to see if I could do chemo this week, I passed with flying colors so I got it today (Wed) and will get it tomorrow and Fri and must remember to go back on Mon and get the shot that I forgot last time and got messed up because of it! So glad I got the port put in for this, much easier and less pain! Next time we find out what the new schedule will be with a different chemo mix to try and stop the spread! So pleased today!

I think I have it covered, lol! After missing one it is hard to miss a second one because I know not what happens! My dear friend who just found a mass in her lung and a few other spots might not make it, been in ICU on vent. I know I need to see her but don't know if I can.

Great News Debra! You go girl, getting better and better. We are all with you, in our hearts, right there beside you. Just imagine a bed full of Cuties trying not to bounce the bed. I'll sit on your right side and tell you stories about my little first graders and the cute things they say. I bet we could fill up your bed, and keep you laughing though all that nasty chemo. One time I walked past the second grade classroom and I heard my teacher friend say, "John, if you knew you mouse died last night.... why did you bring it to school today?" He did, he had brought it for show and tell!

Doing great so far, 2 days of chemo down and one to go (today). Gotta remember Monday to go get my shot so I won't mess up my schedule next time!

Feeling OK, had another nap, hate when I have them that late but I hope to sleep good tonight, chemo is earlier tomorrow. Need a snack now but shouldn't.

Thanks, gotta keep on schedule this time. So sick of going but not giving up! I talked to a woman yesterday who was on her 18th straight week! I do 3 days then skip 2 1/2 weeks except for checking in on Wednesdays for blood work. And she is working in a school cafeteria 5 days a week on her feet!
