Awww, that's an adorable pic. So glad she is getting better but wish she hadn't had to be like this at all cause of the bad man. Kisses and hugs to her and you. Get better Graycie!
What a lovely photo! Glad that she is improving, thank you for the update. Hugs, Lidia
What a cute little pudding bowl kitty she makes, Vicki. Nice to hear her coming along stronger and cleaning herself. There are people and animal-people. She's very lucky she has the right kind on her side! Keep up the good work. and I'll look forward to the next report.
So glad to see she is picking up Vicki.
makes my heart happy. hugs n roses, Meganne
OH BOY! That is FANTASTIC! Aren't God's creations amazing? And isn't He wonderful!! Thanks for sharing! She looks so cute and how coy all curled up in the bowl and hiding her face !
Yes, God sure knew how make sturdy resilient animals for us to love!! And yes, God is wonderful & good...he answered our prayers for Graycie!!
So glad Graycie is on the mend. so cute in the bowl..Hugs Sally
Thank you, Sally...she thinks if she can't see us, we can't see her...LOL!
I am so happy that she is doing much better. Keep up the great work Graycie!!!!
Jan, they are doing much better, but the hubby still needs surgery on his hip, which is postponed until 2nd week of January. The part hasn't come in yet, as bad as ordering a car part, huh? In Nikolas's arraignment he was slammed with 17 charges including kidnapping/unlawful restraint, several counts of strong arm robbery, stolen vehicle & they are trying to pin attempted murder on him for the neighbors. The kidnapping/unlawful restraint is from the employees at Walgreens, because he tied them up before he robbed them and then stole one of their vehicles to get away in...
including kidnapping/unlawful restraint for tying up the Walgreen employees, grand theft auto as he stole an employees van to flee in after the strong arm robbery and then they are trying to stick him with attempted murder for the neighbors...YES!!
Makes me want to hold and cuddle her. Give her some love from me too, when she will allow. Hugs for you too. Christine
I know what you mean, it is so hard to not cuddle her all the time, but I need to start letting her be a "cat" too, so I have to strike a balance now. She is pretty clingy with me, and that is OK for now........
Wonderful news, you must be relieved that she is progressing so well. hugs Helen
I am finally starting to relax with her, Helen. It has been such a long road. You can still feel all her bones, but it is getting better......
What a cute picture. Would love to see her face. Can you put a picture of that ? Give her a big hug from me ! Keep on spoiling her !
I am so glad you posted an update and photo. I always look forward to hearing about her. So glad she is doing better. With the whole 'Cute' family pulling for her she has to do great!!!! Too bad she will never know how many lives she touched during this Christmas season. Truly a miracle kitty.
Marcelle
I think she can feel all your positive vibes and that is why she is doing so well!!
It's easier to get better now that she is home and getting lots of love and attention. Good that all her vitals are improving and she is getting stronger.
how adorable, great she recovers bit by bit. thank you for the update. It feels like she has become the pet of our own cute family. gif her a hug please. Gerry
Wht a miracle she is! She is so tiny. I am glad she is improving and with you most of all. Blessings christine Live Laugh Download Stitch!
Yes, she is a little miracle. I can't get over how tiny she is either!! I also can't believe how long it is taking for all the grass & other junk she ate to get out of her system. Poor little girl was really desparate to be eating twigs!
So glad she is doing so well. I worry that your vet bill will be a whopper!!! Keep us posted. Kay
Thanks, Kay....we haven't had to 2nd mortgage the house yet, but would if we have to...it is just a shame we will not get any reimbursement from this creep nor can't add this on to his charges to make him responsible for this debt...
Great to hear about little Graycie's improvement. It's a shame some charges can't be added for animal cruelty! seeing he caused all this trouble.
OH SO CUTE!! SHE WILL HE FINE WITH ALL THE LOVE YOU GIVE HERE. HUGS
SOOOOOOOO CUTE!!!...Wishing Graycie a Speedy recovery. And a Happy & Healthy New Year to you and your family.
Rachel
That's wonderful! It won't be long and she will be back to normal! All your loving care is working.
It is wonderful what love & determination can do, isn't it...along with alot of prayer!!
Such a sweet kitty.... I'm glad to hear that she is stronger.
Gracie is so cute in the bowl. Surprised you got her to stay in it that long. Hugs to you both.
So lucky that she is feeling better and loves her food.
Hope Sammi will begin to love and accept her again...
Greetings, Bettina
Bettina, today, I had Graycie on my lap while I was knitting and Sammi came up and laid right next to her, this time she hissed...LOL! Payback! He laid down anyway, I petted them both and all was fine...
Still so small, poor baby. Her fur is looking better. I hope she continues to recover. My boys Gabriel, Ariel and Fred wish her a speedy recovery. I wish Gabe could send some of his weight her way. I'm afraid he's a chubby kitty. Wish Fred could send her some of his energy.
Yes, am glad you mentioned her fur as we noticed her fur is in much better shape. It is shinier now.
Vicki, When you posted the Angel design I was afraid we had lost her! Whew! Her fur even looks better! Won't it be great when she doesn't fit in the bowl any longer! Praise the Lord you have her with you Has Sammi changed his mind yet? Love and kitty purrs, Jan
Yes, Jan, it has taken Sammi 3 weeks, but he is almost 100% around her now. The other kitties are not yet comfortable around her, but they just walk away. As soon as she stops spending most of her time back on her pillow in my room and out with them more, they will be fine.
Yes I agree with hightechgrammy, I was quite worried when I saw the angel design posted thinking the worst had happened. Glad she is coming along well.
FANTASTIC! Your loving care and all of our prayers for her recovery seem to be working. Vicki, I am so very happy for you both!
Love and hugs
Marion
Hi, Marion......She is trying so hard to hide from Andi, her vet tech. Everytime she hears the door she thinks it is Andi and tries to hide under my desk now, so you know she is getting better...I have to crawl on my stomach to get her out...LOL..hugs to you, dear friend
She is adorable and yes, she looks as if she is hiding her face... So sweet! Glad she is getting much better!
Thank you.....she is getting stronger with her syringe feedings too, struggling more, so that is a good sign....
So happy that your baby is almost back to normal!
I can't wait until she doesn't need the supplemental feeding, then she will really be on her way......
Thanks for the update, I am so happy she is doing so well!
I am so happy for you, she looks great, thanks for the update, hugs S*
Glad she's improving! She looks adorable in the bowl.
Looking good. So glad she is doing so well. Arlene
Thanks, Arlene, she is the most expensive Christmas present I ever got...LOL, but the most precious, indeed!!
She is lovely and adorable. Love the way she just melts away in her own world. I am so happy that she is getting well. Lots of luck and I hope that she soon weighs more than before!!!!!
This is the bowl we use to weigh her in....she looks embarassed, huh? All the things she has endured and she still is concerned about her weight...LOL!!!!!!!
What a sweet picture. She looks so much like my daughters cat Blossom. Thanks for letting us know how she is getting on
