Yo should be OK to embroider on tulle, I would dip in liuid vilene first to help get a handle on it. Also after final rinse do not iron! This stuff melts at a low temperature! Good Luck Live Laugh Download Stitch!

Hi Kriztyna,
If you go to 'you tube', write: embroidery on tule or organza'. They give a very good demonstration.

Congratulations on your daughter's wedding and good luck.

I have the Brother Innov-is Project book and it has a wedding veil project in which the designs are sewn onto organdy and cut close to edges then hand sewn onto bridal tule. Play with it first. xx

Hi there, yes I would use Vilene, placed in the hoop as your stabilizer and then spray (with temporary spray adhesive)and place your tulle where you want to put your design and put just a loose piece of wws(plastic type) on the top.

If the design is dense, place 2 pieces of vilene in the hoop.

Congratulations on your daughters getting married.
Best of luck.

Hugs Yvonne

That's exactly how I did it on a veil for a hat I made for a client.

that is exactly how I have done it in the past, as well.

I hope someone with more knowledge than me answers your question. Personally I would use a sheet of Vilene on bottom and top (it is the water soluble stabilizer that looks like fiber cloth), maybe even 2 sheets on the bottom. Good luck and glad you joined cuties. I am sure you will get some answers from someone who has done this before!
