Yesterday when I started up my machine, I ended up with problems immediately. Called my service man and took it to him. He dropped everything he was doing and got it fixed with 1/2 hour. Best part there was no charge. Now it is back to normal and working fine. I hope you all get this kind of good service.

Such wonderful service.

I am fortunate to have the same kind of service too Mary. The shop is about 45 minutes away-I can call or drop a message to Alice & Joe on FaceBook-they have me run the machine right in-Joe works his magic-and off I go-Problem though-I see too many "oooo, I want that's" in the shop and usually end up buying something that I hadn't planned on lol
