It has been more tha 24 hours now and I still cannot download designs. Does anyone know what is going on? It shows that I have an active account but when I go to download it says I do not.

I am having a problem also . My membership is still in effect until next month so I can still DL but I am waiting for an answer to an Email about renewing . It must be due to the overload of customers due to the sale . We should hear from them soon. Have you Emailed them at Contact us ? Hope you get your membership fixed soon. Nancy

icana, I just bet it is because of an overload of all you renewing or subscribing all at the same time - give it 48 hours - if not - then perhaps you will be contacted with further instructions. Wishing you well.

I have heard this problem before. I think new memberships sometimes take a few days especially when it's the weekend and there is a sale. Perhaps she does it manually. Be sure to leave a message using the "contact us" button at the bottom of the page.

Did you receive an e-mail and link back to the website? Most do that. If you continue having a problem then scroll all the way down and click "contact us" and send in a ticket. It does take 48 hrs for a response. I have to say this much though as a web designer it isn't just that easy to fix a problem like this, so please be patient. It will probably take some time to locate the script that is causing this problem... Can you d/l DBC in the upper right hand tab? If so then it is probably just the d/l script for the other designs. (hope this made a little sense to you.) Stick around you will it happen for you...

Are you logging in to Cute.
Sometimes when we visit we may not be logged in and don't realise this until we go to do something like downloading.

Just a thought. I will try downloading a design and see if I have any problems.

Yes I'm logged in. I have logged off and back on several times. I had a previous membership and had no problem downloading.
