Ta Da!..I'm here, look at me!
They all look wonderful! If you find a past post with my christmas tree, you can see I have decorated with these little fellows for many years. The grands like finding them in the tree and elsewhere.
Good job to the both of you!
Thanks Toogie, I thought the same, they just cry out look at me! I'll go have a look at your older posts and check them out. Love Chris
I just love these little guys. They are sew cute. Arlene
Awesome work Chris and Yes Kim helps many out and i to am thank-ful for her kindness!!!
these are terrific Chris, you are such a good friend to put all this effort into your luncheons. I have never worked with felt. Great that you are getting a head start on this thing.
big hug
Michelle
They are lovely. You are getting in early
Hi Raelene, I need to start early with 8 of everything, plus I still have my quilt to finish!!! I'm not pushing myself too much this year though, love Chris
P.S. I hope you had a lovely birthday.
They are so realistic. Wonderful job to both of you.
They make me smile. Well done getting these done with the heat. Just think what you can achieve when a cool change arrives.
Ha ha ha, well, you'd know up there in sunny Queensland or should I say wet Queensland!!! Thanks for commenting Barbara, love Chris
They certainly have personality! Love the extra details. The yellow looks very nice. Great job by both of you!
Love those bellies. They are so cute.
Aren't they something Angie? I can just see them as a real biscuit/cookie. Love Chris
Love them Chris and your ladies will love them too. I have to make things for my daughter every year for to hang on her Xmas Tree. This year I made her the set of gingerbread cookies from Omas and she loved them
Kim is a very talented lady and you as well you make a very team Regards Val
Thanks Val, I appreciate your comments and I should have known, because you are a South Australian too!!! Love Chris
What cuties!! This shows how talented you and Kim both are! I love how you get right to your stitching for your Ladies Luncheon at Christmas!!! Hugs!!
Thanks Laura, as I said to Nan below I need to get started early with my ladies Christmas items, as I have so many other commitments besides sewing!! I still have my navy and white quilt to do too!!!!!!!!!!! AAAAGGHHHH Love Chris
At least YOU have made a start on your quilt. If I knew what I wanted to do, I still wouldn't have time to start. Marsha the oldest daughter just ask me to monogram 11 items for Lanie's basketball ball team! Of course, no two have the same initials. Then the blanks she ordered won't be in until the 5th or 6th. The 7th, I can't work on them and that only leaves the 8th, because she needs them the 9th! I am SUPERWOMAN (in case nobody knows)-lol
Gingerbreads are adorable. I hope I remember these when I start my Christmas sewing.....probably next December! Good for you on the early start.
I think their saying "Here I am Look at me!" Sew Cute!
These are adorable, you and Kim make a good team. Have you seen the gingerbread boys and girls earring designs from Sonia Showalter?
Those are cute also.
Thanks so much, sorry I don't have your name on my Cute list of members and no, I haven't seen those earrings, I'll pop over and have a look. Love Chris
Very cute. And smart of you to start so early. I did that last year as I came up with an idea early on, but so far this year none.
Thanks Nan, I have to start early as I have so many other things to do and I like to get them out of the way. Love Chris
They look perfect and just the right thing to hang in a Christmas tree. Nice as an addition to a Christmas card as well.
It's a bit frustrating you can only save as vp4 and have to use export for all other formats. I am still using 5D and 6D (there are a few things in 5D that aren't in 6D) and you can imagine I often forget to use Export...
Thanks Martine, I've never had to do that before either Martine. It takes more time in steps etc. I used to just save it and then I'd rename it. Now with all this extra stuff it is more frustrating than anything else. I had to go into the export icon change the settings to .vp3 otherwise my machine wouldn't recognise it. Sometimes I think upgrades aren't worth the hassle. Love Chris
With Husq/Viking I stopped all the upgrades at the old VIP Professional--the script front I liked in an older version was not in the newer version and then all that money--just wasn't worth it to me. As long as I can customize things, change my hoop size and I convert with my old BuzzXplore I have stayed happy for now.
Good on you, computers can be a pain sometimes and I too wish they would leave good enough alone. I loved the older Windows version too and number 10 is slowly getting better. Love Chris
Aren't these adorable? Great job to you both.........
They are perfect for your ladies luncheon. You have both done a fabulous job with them
