Deja Vu, I saw your post and felt like I was back in the mall. This design must be coming back because in the mall today I saw many pairs of pants with the seam sewn down the front. It was mostly on dress pants but some of the skinny pants also had the seam down the back of the pants which I didn't understand. All said, you are making the new style of the day. :)
Wowwwwwwwwww thanks my Mother would be happy with your comment ,she always got upset with the way i dressed BUT i felt if it fit i wore it :):)hugs
Carolyn, do I understand that this makes the knees stand up when you do instead of you looking like you are sitting while standing? If, so, brilliant.
I love pants that have that stitching on them. It was a great solution to a problem that I often encounter too.
Hi Carolyn, you are such a clever cutie...I see you are still as busy as always...you go girl. Hugs from sunny South Africa
I just returned from America last week and really appreciate our sunny country...although we have heat waves now and then this time of the year
Great idea, Carolyn. Thanks for the tip. Hugs Lynn
With creases they always look good.. good tip thank you
These look very nice, thanks for sharing the idea. hugs
I am dating myself...I remember back in the '60's and early '70's...the polyester pants all came with a sewn seam down the front made to look like it had been "pressed"...you are bringing back memories...
I remember that also! I'm also remember those stirrup pants that had that piece than under the arch. I think they were for boots.
You don't and aren't dating yourself. I've still got some of these and purchased a new pair from a catalog a friend had awhile back. I'm not built for the new fangle fashions. lol
I don't know about being built for boots, but I do know they weren't built for gals with long legs. I always felt like my pants were down around my thighs.
lol yes that;s where and when i got this idea old???Maybe getting there lol thanks
Carolyn, they look good now. I like stitching down the front aways looks as though the crease is permanent. I like to be my shorts like this, the new fashion does not always have it. Well done. Sandra.
You could go into business doing this correction for ladies!
