This is the romper I made my G-Granddaughter--she wore it for Easter. Bet it hasn't been on her since--since it needs to be ironed AND probably no longer fits. Size 12 Month. Pattern and instruction in a publication of Sew Beautiful [Martha Pullen magazine] Bonnet was not from the magazine. Had to reduce picture image to load--thank you to Lidia for telling me why I had such a problem with Upload.

She looks so sweet in her outfit. You have made a beautiful job of this outfit,
Pity the young ones don't iron these days as it makes such a difference when they walk out the door. I think the problem is the irons they buy the cheapest on the shelf. I found when I was staying interstate and got the iron out to press a school uniform for grand the iron was a shocker. What made me laugh was I was asked why I was doing it? The creases will fall out don't bother.

It is delightful Pea, I love the colours in this outfit. You are right re the ironing part - my girls don't iron anything! I do Dana's ironing on a Tuesday afternoon. Amy and Steve, if they have to, iron when they need an item! Drives me mad! Love Chris

What is wrong with our girls Chris? I was ironing for my grandmother when I was about 10 years old. I just love ironing. Must be something wrong with me.LOL

I never minded ironing either-gives the mind time to reflect or just go blank to not think about anything--Makes me calm.--Thanks for the remarks. Peafarm

She looks precious in it! I hope it's one of those good Martha Pullen patterns that comes in a variety of sizes. Looks like a pattern for the girl on the go.

I believe there were 3 sizes you could trace off. My granddaughter always puts bonnets, barrets, headbands on her so she is used to keeping things on her little head.

Your Great Grand daughter looks adorable. You are right they grow so fast that outfits become obsolete. But for a picture like this the effort was well worth it.
