Has anyone had a problem with a website?? I placed a rather large (for me $137.00) order from annabovembroidery.com and received NOTHING not a receipt, a confirmation e-mail. nothing from them at all, only paypal who has my payment available to Anna Bove only when I receive the goods I received. I have e-mailed them at 2 e-mails and a request on their website, I really want what I ordered and cannot order anything elsewhere ( 140 spools of thread) until I know if or when they are going to fill my request.

If you go to the PayPal website, you can contact them with their toll-free phone number...file a grievance with the representative on the phone...the owner of the site will have 10 days to provide disposition of your order...if it is not satisfactory, PayPal will refund your money back in to your account...I have had to do this four or five times in the past and I have always gotten my issues resolved...don't wait!

Thank you all for your concern, the site had a really good sale on 100 spools of Embroidery thread 1100 meter cones... 69.00. They offered free shipping on orders over $130 so I ordered another 40 cones to finish out the set they offer and some stabilizer at a good price and some much needed blue water disappearing pens. Still no word from them or Paypal.

I have bought many designs from that site and never had a problem Did you log in before ordering? It may be something simple. I think they are out of New York. Yes , I consider $137 a extremely large order. Keep up informed. Kay

I hope this gets worked out for you. If I recall I purchased some stabilizer some years ago, and I recall having to call to confirm, was there a phone number?

There was a phone number in the PayPal transaction, you know like the ones that are listed below transaction on your credit card statements (at least there are for Amex) anyway, I tried it and got a recording from the phone company that the phone number had been disconnected. It's been 10 days now and still no word, 8 days since I started sending e-mails...time zone should not make a difference at this point, but I am on Pacific time, in sunny but dry California.

contact paypal, they got a refund for me when I bought something that was no good after I tried to contact the seller who would not respond to me.

I see you have sent them e-mails...perhaps there is a time zone difference...not sure where they are or where you are...
