I am totally in love with the designs from Soniashowalter. Normally don't pay that much for a design but it is worth it. My first Christmas goodie bag for 2012.
Baby blanket for a boy. I managed to finish the blanket for the baby shower. The design is from Amazing Designs and is nearest to the theme of the mother - scruffy bears - which I could find and which I liked. It stitched out for almost 2 hours and had
I have always had a soft place for the Mallard designs. Used them on a cushion to be used on my bathroom "riempiesbank"(A double chair with leather strips).
PILLOWCASE - test stitch for linen set for wedding gift. Designs from Threadsnscissors and monograms with leaves from my machine
Burp cloth - bunny in the clouds. I've put some batting beneath the cloud to give it some extra weight.
Burp cloth - I have a number of designs from Urban Threads. This is the first one however I have stitched out and am really happy with the result. A bit dense for a burp cloth but I think these nursery rhyme designs will make great companions for a baby
Placemats - Got these for less than a dollar each and did some of the velvet chickens on them.
Protea for my bathroom. Made a small runner for little cabinet where I store toiletrolls etc. Theme of this bathroom is South African flowers.
Hers decorative bathroom towel - Lioness from Amazing designs. I've bought new towels for the house and decided to use African animals as it compliments my bathroom colorscheme. Needless to say the Lion en Lioness is for the main bathroom.
Hand towel for girl - Dressup girl from Nicoles Embroidery (designs were Christmas gift from my kids which I only now have tried out)
Decorative Towel for bathroom 2 - love the Zebra. If you are privileged to visit a South African Game Reserve you will probably find many Zebras and their beauty is therefor sometimes underestimated. I love the "donkey with the striped pajamas"
Bag made for Ipod for teenage girl - and nearby shot of the little denim girl in applique
