My hubby has been having problems with his neck and shoulders I purchased some of the heat wraps made for neck and shoulders,one is good for 8 hrs and he says it helps a lot. Your pillow case wolf is nice. Maybe a different color thread would show up better. Hugs 4 U/Lillian
