I liked dailylaundry's ITH wallet so much, I made one similar, for myself. The tetris fabric is a checkbook, I made to go in it. I made it to match my stripping purse and medicine bag. #1 opened with my name embroideried #2 front #3 back with pocket #4 for IPhone #5&6 checkbook-I hope you like even though its not ITH-Toogie

You are soooooo uptown now! Lovely fabrics, great idea to use your name label. I think this is so clever of you. If you made this without a pattern my hat is off to you. hugs leaha

Thank you Leaha and I didn't have a pattern. You can put your hat back on now-lol- they are time consuming to make, so probably won't be too many more of these made,if any at all.

Very impressive, I love it. The wallet fabric really compliments the strips on the purse.

I should have a complete set... unless I make that little ITH zip case, to hang on the outside of my bag. A cutie just gave us a link for a free ITH medical alert in Community.

Thanks Laura. I think with this one, the front came down longer, because the fabric was thinner, and not as stiff as the brown one. I had already put my magnetic snap so it wasn't anything I could correct.

Love this wallet and loved the other I looked at that you said was ITH from embroiderygarden. Thinking of ordering it. Are the instructions clear? Old brain's need easy instructions. These are FABULOUS!!!!

The ITH was one dailylaundry made, I haven't made it, as my hoop is not large enough. Maybe you could ask her. Go to INBOX at the top of this page and put dailylaundry in the place where it says TO, then just write your message. She will see it and answer all your concerns, straight away. Good luck and be sure to post and show all of us!-Toogie

ps-peafarm, if your hoop is too small for ITH wallets, look in Community/Embroidery. Queenofhearts just put a link for sewing wallets...too late for me,though.

Hello Peafarm - look back at my post to you....

http://www.cuteembroidery.com/9991666_made-tri-f-wallet-ith-today.html

The instructions are good - I did have a "brain moment" on one part - it didn't seem correct - but, in fact it was right. It is somewhat complicated in that you have to put fabric on the back of the hoop on the stabilizer. And, it is good if you are familiar with putting a zipper in a project. Again, feel free to PM me with any questions.

Toogie I love this. Where did your pattern come from? And it already has 20's ready to shop LOL! Actually this is made very close to the leather wallet I use. I think the only thing I would want different is more card holders as I put my checkbook separate. You did a beautiful job.

No pattern and that is just what I did. I have a leather wallet that has seen better days. I like the 'compartments' it has and just copied off of it. I am afraid as I age, I like change less and less.-lol-If you like yours just make one like it.
