Hi

I could really use some help if anyone has time. I'm just a beginner at digitizing and my son asked me to embroidery a logo on a polo shirt for a trade show he is involved in. I have spent hours and I still have nothing. He needs it by tomorrow night. The

If you intend to digitise embroidery designs you need to be aware that a lot of artwork is copyright protected and you need permission from the creator before you can use it, this is especially true of company or sports logo's.
Before you even consider digitising a logo (for ANYONE), to protect yourself from (potential) prosecution, your first question should be to ask the person for consent (in writing) from the owner of the logo.
I am only advising you of this as it is ESSENTIAL knowledge for anyone wishing to digitise designs from any artwork other than that which they have created themselves.

Other than this, I 'm afraid you have left it a little too late for most digitisers to be able to help you out and for this I feel very sorry that I didn't see your cry for help a little sooner.

I just wanted to say welcome.
It looks like you have the best answer here already. Digitizing takes a while to learn, something i found out recently myself. it is not just a case of uploading an image and clicking a button then its done. I thought I was doing ok until I went to stitch something out and had so many jump stitches they were getting caught up in the design as it was stitching and making a big mess! Fortunately I ended up getting some much needed help. My lesson learnt! If you're in a hurry it might pay to get some help. Good luck and hope you manage to get it done in time.

Hi and welcome from me, too. I think asterix had just the right answer, but I want to add that you will find the longer you have a machine and the more people who know it, lots of people will want you to do things for them that are not reasonable for your skills or your available time or perhaps even, your willingness to donate your services to certain folk (not your son). Just a heads up! Everybody thinks it's neat as long as it's free. Have a flower.

Hi and welcome to Cute. Digitising takes quite a while to learn and to be working against the clock will not help. I think I would get the logo designed by a digitising service if its needed that quickly. Good Luck with your challenge.

Not sure what you are asking for as it seems your post is not all there.
