Here are some photos of a few of the many dozens of leaves I have been making for my daughters school. They are working on an Anzac project and these are the leaves that were requested for the poppies. Thanks to dragonflyer with her valuable assistance and guidance I was able to churn these out quicker than the first few batches I made using my own digitizing efforts!

They are embroidered directly on black felt with no stabiliser and then cut as shown in the photos so there is something to attach them to the flower with.

I can see using these on a number of different projects but think I have seen enough of them for the moment!

Thank you all for the kind comments. I will be sure to add photos of the completed flowers when they are done. At the moment they are in they hands of students who are finishing them off.

I really love the effect of the stitching on the petal! I can see these for hats , etc. Nice work.

Yes. Very happy to see them go. This photo only shows a small portion of how many I made as they were being used as soon as they were finished.
