I think you did a very nice job on it. I have never tried cutwork. Maybe I should think about it.

You have done a great job , especially on stretch material. Cutwork is so very rewarding. It looks great on linen using embroidery cotton rather than the usual polyester or rayon. This is a friends shirt I embroidered with a butterfly on the back as well.

Beautiful work. I got my cutwork program for a Christmas present and still haven't tried it. I want to try it and I don't want to try it. If you get my thoughts. LOL

A cutwork program? Which one is that? .....I would like to know :) is it something for your particular machine?
I didn't use any program. ..its just designs digitized for cutwork!

Nice job...very, sharp scissors, cut as close to the under stitching as you possibly can without cutting through it...and if you have a tiny bit of fabric still showing, you can touch it up on the edge using a permanent market the color of the stitching...I use Pigma pens as they are totally permanent when washed and will not run into the surrounding fabric...

Kudos to you for being brave and trying it. I think one of the biggest helps is to have very sharp, small pointed scissors to cut out the little bits. I think you did a super job.

Great effort for your first time. Never done cut-work, so can't offer any help or suggestions. Well done. Love Chris
