I named this design Pretty Bird....name comes from a high school friend who had a bird and that is all it said....

very vain bird!! If you can tell there are gradiations of the green, this is done with the way it is digitized, you do not need varigated thread to achieve the look......I also placed lite fill padding between the fabric and stabilizer and I love the 3D effect.......can not tell from the pic.........this will be up on my website tonight....

What a perfect ilttle guy! I think how you gave direction to the stitches will give a great stitchout with any thread. The addition of a perch is a nice touch too. Adds more interest.
