360423Anxious to know how these work for you. I did not realize what the chair wheels were doing to my laminate floor and suddenly realized the wheels had almost worn off the finish. I was able to refresh the finish and then put down a plastic mat to roll on. Keep us informed! Hugs. Nan W

they are really quiet & have not left any marks. A very good thing Nan.The clerk actually told us that if the mat is in a warm climate on bare floors it can cause your floor to discolour? So we have not put our mats down as it does get warm in the summer even with the air on. Happy to hear you could repair the finish on yours~hugs~

Sorry Marian your hubby was right......Pic # 2 is the wheel that came with our chair & pic #1 is the new wheel for the new floor. & quite pricey too but if it saves the floor well worth it. ~hugs~

13241I did not know they made different types of rollers. I need to get ones for hardwood floors. When we built our house and put all hardwood floors, I put a piece of carpet by the computer because I didn't want to ruin the hardwood. Thank you for this information. Joyce

same here & since later we will redo the last room (studio) we have bought an extra 5 for that chair as well. 3 chairs in all. Good to know right. ~hugs~
