I am sitting having a cup of tea, waiting for DH who is having his annual check up with the cardiologist. I cannot believe that it is more than 5 years since the quadruple bypass. His visit has given me time for a lovely shop, buying trousers, a jersey and a pair of shoes. Good job the sales were on!!!

No material shop any where near. I also did not have the car as I was 'dropped off' at the shopping mall
