He reminds me so much on my beloved little flea. Same look and size and has he a white spot on his chest? She died nearly 10 years ago and I never wanted another cat after her...
Greetings, Bettina
Yes, Boo has a little white patch on his chest. Getting another cat after you've lost such a treasured member of the family is hard. We got Mocha about 8 years after we lost our dear Einstein.
He looks happy to have a home. He reminds me of a female cat I had growing up. Her name was Cinder because she looked like a cinder when my Dad pulled them out of the old coal stoker furnace we had. She was not black, but charcoal. My first grade teacher gave her to me and she died while I was in college. So you see how long I had her. Kay
One of my previous cats was named Sally and she was all grey (not quite charcoal). We had her for 16 years and still miss her.
How adorable! I have a kitten all white I named Boo also... two cuties
He's going to make a good cat!
I think so. He LOVES attention and when he gets out of eyesight he yells like crazy until you call him.
Aww, he reminds me of my super sweet beloved Solomon. My oldest son just HAD to have a cat and well, before he went off to college (many states away) we got one from the rescue center. Solomon was the sweetest kitty ever! I really believe they know how much they were wanted and show their love and appreciation more so because they were rescued! So happy for you and your family. Mocha will come around and love the little fur ball. My (yes, Solomon became mommies boy) loved our Mini Schnauzer and was with him face to face until my Schnauzer took his last breath. Sadly, Solomon joined my Einstein shortly thereafter. Your little Boo looks exactly like Solomon! Happy home, happy hearts!
Thanks. We used to have a cat named Einstein too! :-) He was with us for 18 years and we still miss him and his antics.
He looks quite content. I hope they make friends soon.
He already looks like he has claimed his home. I hope Boo and Mocha become fast friends quickly and they have many years of fun together.
Mocha is starting to growl at him and is starting to get curious, so playtime should start in a week or so.
