Pincushion.

I loved Sue's appliquéd flowers hand made style. I could not resist trying out if I could place the applique fabric as nicely as she did. Four years ago I made a flower design to adorn a scarf for my daughter (see picture 2) I took that shape, and used it as the starting point for this design.
I must admit I found it rather fiddly to get the placement right.
Today I tried another one. I wanted the inside to have a more freehand look too. But I should have been a bit bolder - or more shaky.
The size of both is 4"x4".

Love the flower, so delicate. Very similar to that applique flower, I sewed to my bag and pouch.

Thank you. I usually go for reds and blues and skip those plain pastels, but was pleasantly surprised by the fresh look it gave.

This looks so fabulous Martine, you are so clever. I'd love to try this, I've got large hoops for the Husqvarna and Brother as well. I made another Biscornu yesterday. Finished it last night (hand sewing). Love Chris

You can always do new things with design outlines in your stock - and a lot of those I save in Studio/Library so you can access them quickly.
