I purchased a design from Adorable Applique but when I went to download it the format I need was not listed. I sent a ticket outlining the problem but have not received an answer. What is my next step?

It doesn't hurt to have one of the FREE programs that allow you to load a design and save it in your format. ARTSIZER, ARTLINK and several others out there. Open many formats, increase or decrease size, flip and work with colors. Very handy just to look at designs in edit mode or stitch look.
