I need to shorten the sleeves on a Men's size 2X long sleeve t-shirt. Does anyone have one around that they could measure the short sleeve length for me? Thank you!

Thank you.

The shirts I measured were under arm 6 to 6.5" and outside arm 10 to 11". I measured both T-shirts and woven shirts.

Top of the shoulder to hemmed edge is 8".
Underarm seam to hemmed edge is 5 1/2".

Meant to say I'm sure that different manufacturers will vary lengths, but now you are in the ballpark.

Thank you. Is this a t-shirt you measured?

Just measured mu Hubby's Polo shirt and it is 6 1/2 inches under the arm and 10 inches from where the sleeve joins the shoulder. I would allow an inch hem as well.

Thank you, I think I really need a t-shirt measurement. A polo would fit tighter.
