Good price, considering new ones. I got my Ellegante by trading in my Ellageo , and enjoy the extras. You are told when the bobbin is almost out;if the power goes out, or you need to just shut the machine off mid-pattern, it will go back to where you left off; USB capable;larger opening for quilting(needle head to machine part) ;you can move designs around on the screen with the stylus; largest hoop is quite large. Can't think of more off the top of my head, have not embroidered for a while (RA). You just need to embroider lots of things and get comfortable with it.

Hi I have had the Elligante and now have the Elissimo gold by babylock. They are fantastic machines .. they do a lot, they are user friendly and I can't say enough good things about it. I also have the ten needle Enterprise and a serger by Babylock. You will not be sorry you got the machine. Have fun and explore..... Yes it was a good buy. enjoy your new toy! Suzanne

You didn't make a mistake, It is the most wonderful machine. I put 40 million stitches on mine and loved every stitch. I was luck enough to get a used ellisimo and sew I get to start all over again. I traded my ellegante, but really wanted to keep it, but really no reason to. Good luck and enjoy!

I have an Ellegante also. I bought an Elissimo using my Ellegante as a trade in. I was so upset, I bought back my Ellegante. It's a great machine so stitch away with it with no regrets or worries. Mine still gets used as a back up machine.

Don't second guess yourself on the issue of price. Just get going and enjoy that new machine! It sounds like it has all the bells and whistles you want so go embroider. Hugs. Nan W
