As has been mentioned below but here is the link to Urban Threads. How old is the grandson as that might make a difference to the style of skull and crossbones?

There is a free skull and cross bones on SewForum.com. You have to register and log in. Go to Embroidery & Digitizing, then Free Embroidery Designs. Here is the link: http://www.sewforum.com/viewtopic... . I have not stitched out this design. There may be others if you search the site.

There were some from Daily embroidery, but they were only free for that day. I will put this back to the top for you, tho. Sorry I can't help in any other way.
