I have been trying to ask a question on the Cute Alphabet site and can't get it to work. My question is about the Christmas cookies font. The Ginger that is with the B and the L the sock is missing on her left foot. I am putting them on stockings and need a sock . Can you please repair and resend.

Have just checked mine in pes the sock is there. It is the second colour and sewn in white thread. Hope you can download one that has the sock. hugs

Mine Is PES and the sock is there also.

Try going to: My files, then click on Download Center. There will be all of the files you have downloaded previously. You can then try to download the files in another format and convert it to PES. Mine is .ART and the sock is there.

The sock is the 2nd thread change in my format.

Please let us know which file format you have tried to download. You can either add it as a comment or edit your post and include it there.
