Jrob, I am a want to be quilter. A Bernina stitch regulator came with my machine and I've never taken it out of the box. Is that the same thing as a stipple foot?

Kay, it will stipple of course. It is a FANTASTIC quilting device...I love mine and bought this Bernina just because of it. Grabbed the embroidery arm as an afterthought and that they say is history!;)

Thanks for the link, I have tried several time to do stipling but I can never get the tension right. Well this will definately inspire me to give it another go.

Letvia, just use some scrap cloth and scrap quilt batting and pin together a piece at least 18x18 in or 72x72 cm and start playing with it.

Demo on Stipple quilting and other designs.
