Anyone that have used My Editor software, know how to split a design, and saved in diff files to be used with a multipositional hoop? Thank you!

BuzzTools has a free demo to D/L for splitting designs for multi hoop. My Editor does much more than reformat, rotate, resize---you can delete parts of a design, create applique or even create designs (digitize), but unfortunately, I have never seen the option of splitting designs. I searched thru the manual index last evening and came up with 0.

The Embrilliance Essentials program and also Embrilliance Enthusiast program will split designs for multiposition hoops.

Embrilliance Essentials will automatically split designs for several of the most common multiposition hoop sizes and brands.

And a few more where added to the Enthusiast program.

Which brand of machine do you have the multiposition hoop for?

See links below
One is to a Video showing how easy it is to split designs for the included Multiposition hoops in Essentials.

I had My Editor some time ago before I bought Sew What Pro. My Editor is very basic and I doubt if you can split a design. Welcome to Cute.

I have the My Editor, I'm afraid I haven't been able to do much more that change file type rotate to fit and enlarge or shrink, I'm sure there is more but the manual is confusing to me.. Hope you can find out what you need to know.. And Welcome to cute.. Marian Sydney Australia

I use My Editor, and I do not think that this software is capable of splitting designs. You can change the file type, but it is very limited in capabilities. There are other programs (some have a free trial) that are able to split designs. IF I remember right, I think the most popular one around here is Embird. Take a look and see if they offer a trial version. I haven't been on much lately, so am not sure.

Embird has a 30 day free trial. However, you can play with it but you can't save the designs. So you can find out how easy it is to split a design, but can't save (and thus stitch) the parts.
