I can't believe it. My husband bought me a new Nissan truck 4 1/2 weeks ago. On the way back home from the dr to schedule my knee surgery, we got rear ended. A 4 car pile up. No one was hurt- Thank God. But, the funny part is I haven't even driven "my" truck yet. She just got 900 miles on her.... ..

So pleased to read no-one was hurt, but I'm sorry about your truck. Good luck with it getting repaired. Love Chris

Hope you haven't had any tummy upsets with all that jiggling in the crash..
Know the feeling. I bought a new car some years ago and DH 'had' to take it for a drive and he was smashed into by a fellow going through a stop sign. Then the fellow whose fault it was then proceeded to harass us for damages to his car. We gave his details to the Police and never heard from him again and the hubcap was never replaced or the scratch either.
Good luck for the knee surgery.

So glad to hear that no one was hurt...that could have been a disaster...and glad your husband bought "you" a new truck! I am sure he is just "testing" it out to make sure all is running properly....

Been there, got that t shirt ... My 1100 miles new wedding present was totaled by an 18-wheeler. Son (driver) had one small cut on leg from windshield glass. They didn't want to total it and I kept telling them, "you're going to total it." I hired my own adjustor, who checked vehicle and discovered several short-cuts that were being suggested, such as straightening the bar between windows and reinstalling, even though it would not have integrity in another crash, replacing door with last year's used model rather than buying a replacement for this year's model from the factory. They totaled it.

Makes you sick,... if you weren't already. Last year when I got out of the hospital, hubby took me for my follow-up. When I got out of the car, I said "What happened to my car?" Something must have happened to it when in the hospital parking and looks like it was done on purpose. A dent, like someone hit my hood with a tool or something...my car was 10 months old and I babyed it. Makes you sick.

I am so sorry. Reminds me of my brother that had ordered a car in Europe. It would take month before he could pick it up. First intersection somebody ran into him.
I am glad no one was hurt and I hope the insurances don't star a war.

Oh my! I'm so sorry. I hope your new baby can be fixed to be good as new and that you are both OK.
