Pease porridge hot, pease porridge cold,
Pease porridge in the pot, nine days old;
Some like it hot, Some like it cold, Some like it in the pot nine days old.......Childrens nursery rhyme. I have no idea to what it is referring,(Pease porridge?) but your apron is adorable.

I think it is referring to peas not pease. This is what I always thought as a child.
