109762I am so sorry you were so frustrated. I understand, it's confusing to not have your question answered. I sent in a ticket on the 10th and it still has not been answered so that leads me believe that the "contact us" ticket system is not working at all.
I'm glad you found us here and that you got your help. Look around the Q&A as it has been suggested and find out what we are all about. We love new friends and I'm sure you will be happy here.

234255Welcome to the Cute family. What you are experiencing is very common. I think we all try to go through the cart rather than click on the design itself. But now you will be downloading the designs to your heart's content. New designs are added on page one so I started downloading the designs and worked my way to the first page so I didn't miss any. Enjoy stitching.

That will take you to a page where you select your file type you want. Click it and your design will download.

Oh my Gosh - so glad to hear something! Is there a reason no one is responding to my "Tickets"?? Also - do you know if my membership also applies to this site?

The ticket system may be broken. I will let the owner know. The membership applies only to individual sites.

There is a membership available here also. The same rule happens here -- do not add designs to the cart.
