This is for Sue and all the other Cuties from UK. Last night I saw an ad on the television and we are getting the sewing program called (I think) "The Great British Sewing Bee". I am just over the moon - cannot wait having seen the posts some months ago about the program.

I love watching that, the things they come up with, And I love seeing the men on there sewing away, lol, xx enjoy.

Enjoy it Sarah but don't expect to learn much new. Remembering pictures of your great shirts you would be able to take part yourself. Speed is the essence in the programme to get finished in time

You flatter me. Yes shirts I can make - make for DH as well as my cousin in UK (he is rather large). I would love to learn to make a decent fitting pair of trousers.

Hi Sarah, I was not aware of this. On what channel is it and when please? I've thoroughly enjoyed the recent Australian Professional Master Chef TV programmes and am a bit wary of future SA versions. Kind wishes, Patricia

Hi Patricia - It is on Channel 174, starting Sunday 27th. July at 18.00. Seems a very strange time!!! MasterChef SA also starts soon but I am not too sure when.

Is that the first series? You will really enjoy it, but it will annoy you as well!
