Sending condolences on the death of a legend in Casey Kasem. I've listened to his "America's Top 40" for years. I just loved his voice it was so distinctive. RIP, love Chris

Ohh how sad I hadn't heard, he was one of a kind and I think most of us listened to him during our younger days... thanks for letting us know

It is a sad day indeed. I don't think there is a music lover alive who hasn't listened to Casey at some time during his illustrious career.
I am so glad his shows were recorded.

For as much joy as he brought to so many people, he came to a very sad ending, with his family fighting over custody of (him and) his money. Almost all of us grew up listening to him on the radio.

We have his show here every Sunday afternoon on 2NURFM radio. It's been wonderful to listen to over the years. Well at least his voice will live on with that show and of course in Scooby Doo as Shaggy. Love Chris
