Thanks, Christine...I made my own pattern last year, but there is a link to a similar one way down below...and I have since digitized one in the hoop...I like it better!

2974Did you embroider on fabric and then adhere it to vellum? If so, what did you use to attach it to the vellum? Sorry for all the questions, but I fell in love with the one that you did. So much nicer than all the others I have found.

It is not adhered to vellum...it is fabric that is embroidered, then backed with iron-on interfacing, then flipped right side out.

This is all done with one piece of fabric...not panels like the FSL ones are...these are really quick to do..

I made my own pattern, but baydreamer has posted a link to a site that has some directions...not what I used, but it looks like it would do the trick...I did mine by just rolling a piece of paper around the top of the wine glass until it fit taped it then cut the depth of the shade to what I wanted...I know very primitive..but it worked...
