Is there any affordable application that can create a thread chart from a design?

Wilcom Truesizer has a new upgrade that costs somewhere in the region of $59 if I remember well. It has a few very useful features, like making colour charts, changing colours, making customer information and approval forms. Have a look at their site for info, it looks nice and useful.
