Pleased to hear you are enjoying the steamed loaves. I only make things that are easy. The good thing about this recipe is that you can add other things to make them a little different. I think I said in the original post you can add mash banana as well for a change. Keep cooking. Shirley

I made my third batch a couple of days ago, the second batch had sultanas and ginger, and the third had mixed spice and chopped dates, all delicious.
I made my first batch yesterday and they are fabulous!
