The craft fair was not a huge success but I enjoyed it, the regulars said it was a bad turn out, so I have booked for two more times to give it a good try and then will see if it is worth the time. Thank you for all of your interest.

Hugs Pam.

I will help my daughter, we were going to do the Friday Art Walk, however as been said, advertising is important and I have not seen any. I left message to get a table and no one has called back, so I am assuming I am off the hook. We will try again later, find a farmer market maybe.

It's a toss up how craft fairs will go. I went to the same one two years in a row. First year sold around $60, about enough to cover my booth cost on a very nice spring day. SOOO disappointing. The next year, one hour into the show, hard rain began and we clung to each other in the center of the booth and got soaked regardless. Rained most of the other 3 hours. Sold not quite $300, but all to repeat customers. So, the first year laid the groundwork for the second.

sorry to hear but maybe people are exhausted after all the Christmas and Easter shopping. Cross my fingers it will get better again in the course of the year for the events to follow. Hugs Maria

Our craft fair experience over many years is that this time of year is never good! The run up to Christmas is much more worthwhile.

If you don't try, you won't learn. I think you have the right attitude. Keep trying. You had a great variety and now you have some time to add to it. Keep us informed.

When I use to do markets if I made site rent plus a bit it was an ok week. There will be times of the year when everything will sell well, keep trying you'll quickly learn which are the best months to go..

I assist in one yearly that varies depending on the weather and the advertising done. We knew when they hadn't advertised as usual! It's also interesting that somethings you thought would fly out the door turn out to be medium in appeal. Good luck next time and don't read too much into one less than stellar sale. We loved your things and probably a good percentage have made or plan to make the driink glass covers!
