Please help! I've just paid for my six month membership and I am not able to access the design at no charge. I tried to click on the Contact Us link and it is broken. Can someone tell me how I am going wrong on trying to download? All of my designs are still showing the full price and are forcing me into payment at full price.

Thank you all so much - the link is helpful and I see that others were having the same issue I had.

when you are logged in, you go to the design you want, you click on this design ( so not: add to cart) When you have clicked you come on this designpage. And on the right you see the download formats options. You can click on the format you need. And you can download immediately.
Hope this will help you. I suppose you added the designs on your card, that way you come in the pay section for non-members. So try it again the way I described here.
